Question for Avon erepresentatives...?

This is my 2th campaign as an independant sales rep for Avon, I also have signed up to be an erep, I know the $7.50 is waived if at least one person orders from your website. My first question is, should I have my friends order from my website and then I'll deliver the products to them, or would I make a better commission having them buy from my brochure? Also, Do you make a commission at all if someone from a different town orders off of your site and has the Avon products directly delivered to them?I'm just not sure about all of this. Thanks!!
