Is this discrimination or profiling or anything?

im gettin really pissed off. all of the staff at my high school dislike juggalos and juggalettes. they are like everyone else in the world. We get dress code for our shirts because they say its a gang affiliation. just recently at summer school they found drugs on one of us and they went around and searched all of the juggalos, anyone that was wearing anything that had any of the clothing on or the merchandise. they ended up expelling 2 of us, both very close friends of mine, and now im pissed. isnt that wrong? u cant go around searching all of the juggalos because u found drugs on one of them can you? can any action be taken or anything?
