Will I still be able to get into Harvard with a C+?

I heard most colleges don't look at midterm grades but some of them do. I also heard that they don't look at your freshman or senior year. I'm a freshman right now and I know it's a bit early for me to be thinking about this but I know that in order to get into Harvard you need to be/should have been doing extremely well in high school. I have all A's and B's right now and one C+ for midterm. Will that C+ kill my dreams of being able to get into Harvard?
