When is the best time to take Vitex? ?

it says on bottle to take 30- 90 drops 3 times a day but it does not say if you take before or after meals also was told to take 2 droppers 2-3 times a day when you fill dropper it only fills a little over half would that be a dose? i am taking it for menopause- l dryness along with a natural progesterone cream it says with cream you have to take a week off do you have to take a break with the Vitex? thank-you
