Why are people so derogatory towards black men ages 18-40?

It seems as though the world has chosen young black men as the scapegoat for all things dark, criminal and pretty much anything negative. Even black women who have been staunch allies with the black man have turned their noses up and now add fuel to the negative fire. However when i look on the news it seems to me that every race are committing horrible and heinous crimes against humanity. It seems that everyone in this world is guilty of wearing a white hood and chanting verses of hate towards us. Ive personaly not experienced too much racism but I also have too shoulder the burden of the goat whether I want too or not. Its either Im a potential criminal or a man who is acting "white" It totally disgust me at how immature adults are and how ignorant we all can be. Can you respond with intellect please?
