Do you know of any russian dessert recipes that can be supplemented successfully with vegan ingredients?

I am going over to my brothers place next weekend, he is not a vegan at all but my brothers wife is a vegan and this is my problem--trying to find a russian dessert recipe that can be successfully swapped with vegan ingredients! since the both of them are very into Russian food, culture, heritage and the like I want to bake some hand-held desserts e.g. cookies, tarts, finger-food in other words but i can't find any recipes that would work with vegan ingredients in their place.If you know of any please let me know by providing a url to a recipe website, many thanks! as this is a lot harder to find than i thought.
