What causes BN kalah in the Sibu By Election?

The BN denied it but actually they are only concerned for Sibu when it is election time. It has been years that floods haunted Sibu everytime it's high tide season and yet there is nothing done to the drainage system in Sibu. And that's not the only problems left unsettled in Sibu for years. They only promised to settle those problems when the election time come but after that, almost nothing is accomplished.
