What can i do about the smell...........cont?

i work but my boss has a terrible wind problem, it makes me feel sick and i heave like mad, hes always on the toilet and leaves the door open after which makes the smell drift out, its only a small place but its beginning to make me dread being there. its gross, hes not the person the approach, believe you me, but any ideas.... uh its awful
