What are craft ideas for cast of mulan?

I am in Mulan junior and i play the role of Ling. I would like to make gifts for Mulan, Mushsu, Qian po, Yao, chi fu, Emporer, all ancestors, and Shang, but i have no idea what to make them. I would prefer if it is cheap and non edible to make and i have until August 1st. pleas help me! :)
