My t.v wont show any picture i think its the ariel im not sure what can i do. who can i call for free?

I have two televisions one in the frontroom, one in the sitting room. the frontroom one is fine it is cable. the sitting room one isnt this is freeview. it wont give me any reception. who can i call for free. or can i do it myself
