My 2001 Honda Civic stalled with engine code P1361. After an overnight wait, it works fine now-what is wrong?

When the check engine light illuminated with this code, the engine was giving out only 1/2 the power and I could not go past 3000 RPMs. Then it eventually died and the engine won't start. After waiting overnight, I cranked her up and she started with no check engine light. Seems to be driving fine now. Dealership won't even look at her because the check engine light is gone. Any help is appreciated.
