How do i lose weight :) .....?

Depends on what your willing to do many people say they want to lose weight but when it comes time to do it they dont apply themselves to doing so. The best way to lose weight (youve probably heard this before millions of times) is through diet and exercise. Proper dieting is 70% of it believe it or not. Im not sure about what a proper diet is but im sure if you search around on the internet you could find a decent one. One of the best things to do is to eat more smaller meals throughout the day I believe its 6-7 meals but small like no bigger then your fist. What this does is it speeds up your metabolism which helps break down the food and speed up the digestive system which causes you to burn off the food faster. Also CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! THis is like the other 30%! You have to do cardio. If you search around you can find the best methods of cardio to help you lose the most weight its should go something like.... Mild speed 1 minute, Sprint 30 seconds, Slow speed 1 minute, Fast speed 1 minute, Sprint. Or some variation such as that. Uhm thats about all i can think of hope this helps. and remember commitment is THE biggest part of it because all of that means nothing if you dont commit. Also a helpful fact is that 3,500 calories is 1 pound lets say you do a 2,000 calorie diet per day in order to lose 1 pound a day you would have to burn 5,500 calories. 3,500= 1 pound 2,000= Normal intake 2,000+3,500= 5,500.
