Getting rid of stray cats?

Call around to see if there are any Pet shelters, etc that will accept cats, and give back to the communtiy. If not, call the pound. Theyre required to pick up stray animals, but in their case theyre not as helping on keeping them alive as a shelter might be. No use in wasting time and money to constantly keep cats away from a place they think is a haven
